موقع بوابتي أسّسه فوزي مسعود في فيفري 2003.
لا تربط موقع بوابتي أيّ صلة بأيّ جهة سياسية أو دينية أو تنظيمية أو رسمية أو غيرها، داخل تونس أو خارجها
الجانب التقني والبرمجي لموقع بوابتي أنجزه فوزي مسعود منذ الإصدار الأول وحتى الإصدار الحالي.
عند انطلاقه، احتوى الموقع على عدّة أقسام–: دليل مواقع الويب، دليل الشركات، دليل الطلبة والتربصات، دليل البحوث الجامعية، إضافة إلى باب مقالات في تقنية المعلومات وباب مقالات الرأي والفكر.
تطور باب الرأي والفكر بعد حرب العراق، ولاقي الموقع صدى واسعًا، حيث التحق به عشرات الكتّاب العرب من مختلف البلدان العربية.
تحوّل الموقع لاحقًا إلى مرجع يُعتمد عليه في البحوث الجامعية، حتى أنّ جامعة الأزهر اعتمدت ما نُشر فيه كمراجع أكاديمية، خصوصًا أعمال الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد إبراهيم خضر.
تعرّض فوزي مسعود، مؤسس الموقع، لمضايقات من نظام بن علي بسبب ما يُنشر في بوابتي، منها اختراق بريده الإلكتروني، وسرقة الحاسوب الذي يحتوي على الشفرة المصدرية للموقع، واقتحام مقرّ سكنه وأخذ وثائق شخصية، ما اضطره حينها لعرض الموقع للبيع.
2009
في سنة 2009، وقبل "الثورة"، أُغلق موقع بوابتي من قبل نظام بن علي بعد نشر مقال حول زوجة الرئيس السابق.
2011
عاد الموقع إلى الصدور بعد "الثورة" (2011)، مع الإبقاء فقط على باب مقالات الرأي والفكر والبحوث.
2015
في سنة 2015، تمّ إيقاف مالك الموقع فوزي مسعود وسجنه بمقتضى قانون الإرهاب، بسبب بعض المقالات منها التي تناولت قضايا تتعلق بفرض تدريس البرامج الفرنسية وعلاقتها بالإرهاب.
2025
استمر نشاط الموقع إلى بداية سنة 2025، حين تم تعطيله جزئيًا إلى غاية أواخر أكتوبر 2025.
أواخر 2025
أُعيد إطلاق موقع بوابتي في صيغته الجديدة، مع تطويره بتقنيات حديثة وإضافة مواقع فرعية للكتّاب بحسابات خاصة تخوّل لهم النشر والتعديل وتتبع الإحصائيات.
(*) MyPortail اسم مصطنع مركب من شقين انقليزي وفرنسي، سبب ذلك تقني بحت، حيث هو اضطرار لاختيار اقرب اسم نطاق متوفر زمن إحداث الموقع

Who We Are

Feb 2003
MyPortail was founded by Faouzi Messeoud in February 2003.
MyPortail has no affiliation with any political, religious, or organizational entity, whether inside or outside Tunisia.
The technical and software development of MyPortail has been entirely handled by Faouzi Messeoud from its first release up to the current one.
At its launch, the site included several sections: a web directory, business directory, a student and internship guide, a research repository, as well as IT and opinion articles sections.
The opinion section expanded significantly after the Iraq war, attracting dozens of Arab writers from across the region.
Over time, MyPortail became a trusted academic reference, even cited by Al-Azhar University for its published works, notably those by Professor Ahmed Ibrahim Khodr.
During the Ben Ali regime, founder Faouzi Messeoud faced harassment due to the site's content — including email hacking, theft of the computer containing the site's source code, and a break-in at his home — which eventually led him to consider selling the website.
2009
In 2009, prior to the "revolution", the Ben Ali regime shut down MyPortail after an article about the former president's wife was published.
2011
After the "revolution" (2011), the site was relaunched focusing exclusively on opinion, thought, and research sections.
2015
In 2015, Faouzi Messeoud was arrested and imprisoned under the anti-terrorism law, following the publication of articles, some of which discussed the imposition of French educational programs and their perceived link to extremism.
2025
The site remained active until early 2025, when it was partially suspended until late October 2025.
Late 2025
By late 2025, MyPortail was relaunched in a new format, featuring modern technologies and dedicated sub-sites for authors with personalized accounts allowing them to publish, edit, and monitor article statistics.
