الملكية

  • موقع بوابتي (www.myportail.com) هو ملك للسيد فوزي مسعود، وهو المشرف العام والمسؤول عن تسييره وإدارته، وله أن يستعين بغيره في بعض مهامه أو في إدارة أجزاء من الموقع.

المسؤولية عن المحتوى

  • يتحمّل السيد فوزي مسعود أو إدارة موقع بوابتي المسؤولية فقط عن المقالات التي تُنشر باسمه أو باسم الموقع رسميًا.

موقف الموقع من المحتوى المنشور

  • نشر المقالات في موقع بوابتي لا يعني بالضرورة تبنّي الموقع أو مشرفه للمضامين أو لوجهات النظر التي تتضمّنها تلك المقالات.

حقوق النشر وإعادة النشر

  • كل ما يُنشر في موقع بوابتي يُعتبر متاحا للموقع. ويحتفظ مشرف ومالك الموقع بحق إعادة نشر المحتوى على وسائط أخرى دون الحاجة إلى إذن من الكاتب.

الطابع المجاني للنشر

  • النشر في موقع بوابتي هو مجاني بالكامل. لا يُطلب من الكتّاب أيّ مقابل مادي، كما لا يُصرف لهم أيّ مقابل مقابل النشر.

سياسة النشر والقبول

  • يخضع نشر المقالات لتقدير مشرف التحرير، وهو الجهة الوحيدة المخوّلة بقبول أو رفض المواد دون التزام بتبرير قراراته.

بنود عامة

  • بمجرد إرسال المادة أو الموافقة على نشرها في بوابتي، يقرّ الكاتب بقراءته لهذه الشروط وموافقته عليها. في حال وجود أي خلاف قانوني، تُطبّق القوانين المعمول بها في الجمهورية التونسية.

  • Faouzi Messeoud is the owner of Boabati website (www.myportail.com), and the general supervisor responsible for its management and administration. However, he may delegate certain tasks or aspects of the website’s management to others.

Liability for Content

  • Faouzi Messeoud and the "Boabati" editorial team are only responsible for materials officially published under his name or under the website’s name.

Editorial Independence

  • Publication of an article on "Boabati" does not imply endorsement or approval by the website or its editor of the ideas or viewpoints expressed therein.

Copyright and Republishing

  • Everything published on the "Boabati" website is considered available to the site. The site’s administrator and owner reserve the right to republish any content, in full or in part, across other media without prior permission from the author.

Free Publication Policy

  • Publication on "Boabati" is entirely free of charge. No fees are required from contributors, and no remuneration is provided for published articles.

Editorial Policy and Acceptance

  • All submitted materials are subject to the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief, who holds the sole authority to approve or reject submissions without the obligation to justify decisions.

General Provisions

  • By submitting or agreeing to the publication of any content on "Boabati", the author acknowledges that they have read and accepted these terms. In the event of any legal dispute, Tunisian law shall apply.
